The AUTO-420MAX and AUTO-520MAX are industrial-grade automatic laminating machines designed for post-press finishing. Adopting infrared hot air heating technology, the machines offer a maximum heating temperature of 160℃, paired with 200mm diameter rollers to ensure smooth, bubble-free and wrinkle-free lamination with strong adhesion.

Equipped with a 400W variable-speed motor, the laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 12m/min to suit various materials and processing requirements. The two models provide effective laminating widths of 400mm and 520mm, with heating power of 3000W and 3900W respectively, suitable for medium and small format mass production.

The robust structure weighs 600KG and 700KG separately, ensuring stable operation with low vibration. Powered by standard AC220V 50/60Hz, the machines are widely used for lamination of brochures, packaging, advertising materials and other printed products, improving quality and efficiency in post-press processing.
