DSG-550Z and DSG-720Z are high-performance automatic laminating machines adopting infrared hot air heating system. With a maximum heating temperature of 160℃, they provide even and sufficient heating to ensure tight bonding between film and substrate, effectively preventing bubbles, wrinkles and peeling, delivering smooth and glossy lamination results.

Equipped with 200mm diameter rollers, the machines feature uniform pressure and stable operation for high-quality finishing. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 20m/min, powered by 400W motor for reliable performance in continuous high-speed production.

The two models offer laminating widths of 520mm and 720mm, with heating power of 3900W and 5400W respectively, suitable for posters, brochures, packaging, advertising materials and various large-format jobs. Weighing 480KG and 550KG separately, the machines have a solid structure for vibration-free operation.
