DSG-400A and DSG-500A are high-efficiency automatic laminating machines designed for small and medium-sized printing, graphic and advertising applications. The machines adopt infrared hot air heating with a maximum temperature of 160℃, ensuring even heating, firm lamination, free of bubbles and wrinkles.

Equipped with 110mm diameter rollers, the machine runs smoothly and delivers flat, delicate laminating effects. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 8m/min, powered by a 250W motor for stable and energy-saving performance. The two models support 390mm and 490mm working widths, with heating power of 1600W and 2000W respectively to meet different format requirements.

Weighing 260KG and 300KG separately, the machines feature a solid structure for stable and shake-free operation. Compatible with AC110V/220V, 50/60Hz power supply for global use. Widely applied to laminating of brochures, posters, packaging, documents and other printed materials.
