DSG-520Y, DSG-720Y and DSG-1000Y series automatic laminating machines are specially designed for large-format and high-efficiency post-press lamination. Adopting infrared hot air heating, the machines reach a maximum temperature of 160℃ with even and stable heating, ensuring firm bonding between film and paper, free of bubbles, wrinkles and delamination.

Equipped with 200mm large-diameter rollers, the machines run smoothly with uniform pressure, producing flat and glossy lamination with excellent finish. Laminating speed is adjustable from 0 to 15m/min, driven by 400W motors for sufficient power and stable performance in continuous mass production.

The three models offer laminating widths of 520mm, 720mm and 970mm, with heating power of 3900W, 5400W and 6000W respectively, suitable for posters, display boards, packaging, brochures and other large-format materials. Weighing 480KG to 650KG, the machines feature a solid structure for stable, vibration-free operation. Compatible with AC110V/220V, 50/60Hz power supply, they are ideal laminating equipment for large and medium-sized printing, graphic and advertising companies.
