D03 Automatic Wire Booklet Maker, model D03, is a fully automatic post-press binding machine integrating stapling and folding functions, designed for saddle-stitched, side-stitched booklets, manuals, periodicals and other printed materials.
The machine supports a maximum paper size of 330×480mm and a minimum paper size of 148×210mm. It can handle 2-25 sheets of 70gsm paper for saddle stitching and a binding thickness of 2.6mm for side stitching, with a working speed of up to 2000 booklets per hour and a power supply of 220V/50HZ/300W.
Equipped with a touch screen operation interface and Hohner stitching heads, it features side jog, back jog, automatic paper collection, automatic size adjustment and automatic head adjustment.
